Through CNC Machining, POM parts can be manufactured with higher precision. Meanwhile, its corrosion resistance and low water absorption make it suitable for various complex environments.

►Machining parameters of POM

• Cutting depth: Generally no more than 1/3 of the material thickness
• Tool material: Carbide tools or high-speed steel tools, with sharp cutting edges
• Coolant: It is recommended to use water-soluble coolant or light oil to reduce heat accumulation
