1. Acrylic hot bending process

• Use dedicated heating equipment (such as single-strip heaters, mold heating machines or hot air guns) to locally heat the bending line to a softened state (approximately 100°C - 150°C).
• Keep the bending shape fixed, and carry out natural cooling or auxiliary cooling to ensure the acrylic is stably formed during the cooling process, preventing springback or deformation.
• After the bending is completed, necessary grinding, polishing or cleaning treatment should be carried out on the product surface to enhance the overall gloss and aesthetic appeal.
